Shipping Policy

Shipping information

Ruffwear displays the shipping methods and charges available for your destination during checkout, where supported. The final options for an order depend on the items selected, delivery destination, and checkout information.

Order processing and delivery

Availability, processing and delivery estimates vary by order and destination. Any estimate presented during checkout is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date unless the store expressly confirms otherwise.

Tracking and delivery questions

If tracking information is available for your shipment, it will be provided through the relevant order communication or support channel. For delivery questions, contact tyler.beataeui@mail.com and include your order number.

Unexpected delays

Carrier operations, address problems, customs requirements and other circumstances can affect delivery. We will review the available order information when you contact us. Your rights under applicable law remain unchanged.
