At Ruffwear, we want you to be able to reach our team if an order is not as expected. Return and refund eligibility depends on the item, its condition, the order circumstances, and any rights provided by applicable law.

How to request help

Before sending anything back, contact tyler.beataeui@mail.com with your order number, the item involved, and a short description of your request. We will provide the applicable instructions and available options for that order.

Damaged, incorrect, or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us with relevant photos and the order details so we can review the issue. Nothing on this page limits mandatory consumer rights.

Refund processing

Where a refund is due, the applicable amount and method will be confirmed for your order. Any processing time can depend on the payment provider. Please do not ship items to an unconfirmed return address.
